Troedyrhiw Holiday Cottages - Terms & Conditions

Please check availability by telephone prior to booking.

A deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable when the cottage is booked. The balance is due on arrival.  Please make cheques payable to Troedyrhiw Holiday Cottages.  We are pleased to accept payments by online banking.  Please ask for details.

Provisional bookings can be held for up to seven days pending receipt of booking form and deposit. Once the booking has been confirmed you are liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation. We will always endeavour to re-let, but it is in your interest to seek insurance against this event.

Cottages are available from 3.30 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and we must ask you to vacate by 10.00 a.m. on departure date.

Damages or breakages to the accommodation or equipment must be paid for.
Please report any loss, breakage or damage so that it can be corrected before the next guests arrive.

Cars, boats, contents, luggage and personal belongings are at owner's risk..

The weekly rates quoted include for bed linen but not for electricity Logs for the woodburning stoves are available at a small charge.

Cots and high chairs are available at no extra cost but please bring your own cot bedding.

Pets are welcome at a charge of £20.00 per animal per week.  All pets must have their own bedding and must not be allowed on the furniture.  You are required to keep all animals under control whilst on the Troedyrhiw property and they must not be left unattended inside the cottages.

We now have a no-smoking policy in all of our cottages. You are welcome to smoke outside.
